Jamie started working at GlassMasters in 2008. Highly respected by GlassMasters management and staff, Jamie leads by example and sets the benchmark for great customer service. His 20 years of experience in the auto glass industry have endowed him the instincts, best practices and work ethic he imparts on the rest of the company, every day. This makes him an integral part of building and maintaining account relations for GlassMasters across the prairies.  A Consummate professional and an expert in solution-seeking - Jamie finds ways to say yes! 

Starting every day before the sun rises, he gets work done early! This leaves plenty of time for his favourite activities: Camping, Kayaking, walking his labrador "Moose", and spending time with his family.

Ryan Partridge

Operations Manager / ADAS Calibration Expert 

Ryan started working at GlassMasters in 2011. Ryan's organizational skills and talent for logistics are essential to the way we now do business. He has a wide skillset and knowledge base, from store operations in both retail and wholesale, to the complex intricacies of the Opti-aim calibration system. Ryan always has an answer, and if he does not, he's the one to find it! Attention to detail, problem-solving and hard work are very important to Ryan, he is always the first one to roll up his sleeves, and the last one to take off his boots! A jack of all trades at GlassMasters and at home, when not doing his own renovations, Camping or Cross-Country Skiing, Ryan is an avid Lego and Traxxas RC car enthusiast.

Gregg Upshaw

Business Process Manager

Gregg has been with GlassMasters since 2007. A true team player, Gregg is a constant source of encouragement and advice to all of us here at GlassMasters. Our resident poet, we all look forward to Friday, when he never fails to delight with a few humorous lines. A shepherd of lost dollars, Gregg is in charge of all receivables in the company, so if he’s looking for you, he’s looking to get paid! While his friendly demeanour might get you to drop your guard, his attention to detail and sheer stick-to-itiveness will drive the win home for our team. Gregg is a fan of the Toronto Blue Jays, loves to play guitar, ride his motorcycle, and go “glamping”, which is a lot like camping, only more glamourous.

Susan Wenstrom

Controller

Susan has been with GlassMasters since 2017. When it comes to Susan, “Sprezzatura” is the word of the day. She is the central command and safety net for our operations. A graceful and seemingly tireless multi-tasker, every day we all wonder how she possibly gets it all done, and yet, she does it with a smile and a laugh – as though it took no effort at all. Susan makes sure that any issue that gets brought to her attention is seen through to the end, and the leadership and guidance she provides is an invaluable resource for everyone who works here. Hailing from Saskatchewan, Susan’s favourite team is the Roughriders. When not watching the game, she loves to travel, hang out with friends, and work on home improvement projects. When she does decide to relax, she enjoys a tall glass of wine and a scroll on her iPad. Her kids would say she’s addicted to the iPad, but “only a little bit” – just “five more minutes”.

Brady has been with GlassMasters since 2022. A diligent and eager task master, Brady helps our company put its best foot forward by exemplifying our capacity for compassion, cooperation and hard work - The keys to cultivating a winning team. A fan of the Calgary Flames, when she isn't watching the game, you might find her at a local recreation centre enjoying a swim or relaxing at home with a Glass of Wine... or for those tougher days maybe an Old Fashioned.

Chris Caissie

Sales Manager

Chris has been with GlassMasters since 2011. Personable and friendly, on any given day you will find Chris somewhere in southern Alberta pushing hard for sales and connections to help us grow our business. He’s no shark though! Chris plays the long game, going above and beyond for his customers, he builds trust and reciprocity by always staying accountable, and showing ownership over everything he touches at GlassMasters. A fan of the Edmonton Oilers, when he isn’t fighting the remote from his three children to watch the game, he likes to Golf, ride motorcycles and get outdoors camping. Chris stands for his community and his country, volunteering his time as a Firefighter in Penhold Alberta. Our Hats go off to him!

Jesse Storrs

Payroll and Purchasing

Jesse has been with GlassMasters since 2019. Always striving to do more, Jesse has done work for our wholesaling division ARG, as well as HR duties and purchasing/tracking of inventory trends. He loves to learn new things! Jesse is friendly, caring, and always willing to lend a helping hand, where ever he might be needed. Capable and armed with an intrinsic knowledge of how we do things here at GlassMasters, Jesses insight and involvement are essential to the way we do business. Our resident Cricket fan, Jesse cheers for the Sydney Sixes. When he isn’t waiting until 3am to watch a game live, he likes hockey, travelling and spikeball.

Josh Doucette

Accountant / Sr. Purchaser

Josh has been with GlassMasters since 2012. Friendly and approachable, Josh is always willing to help everyone he works with. Rather than play a blame game, he offers real solutions and engages with problems that arise in a detail oriented, calm and collected manner. Always willing to try something new, and never one to shy away from a challenge, Josh moved into a new role as our Accountant in 2020. (What a year to make that transition!)  A fan of the Edmonton Oilers, when he isn’t watching hockey, he’s probably playing it. Off the ice he likes to cook and travel.

Thomas Watson

Branch Manager Saskatoon / Online Sales Manager

Tom has been with GlassMasters since 2016. He was the only baby boomer born in 1990. He will not use self-checkout, can read and write cursive, and hates the word organic. Tom is an excellent ambassador for GlassMasters. He continually works on his leadership skills and genuinely cares about the people he works with. Give Tom any project and be prepared to be amazed at the results. When Tom is not watching hockey, this Edmonton Oilers fan loves to spend time in the garden doing yard work and tending to the BBQ/smoker. He makes a mean beef brisket. Unless you have days to talk Politics or Philosophy with Tom, don't bring up the topics.

Azel Cruz

Senior Accountant

Azel has been with Glassmasters since Sept 2021. Stepping into a challenging role as our Senior Accountant, Azel has already proven herself as a valuable part of our team here at GlassMasters. A friendly and cheerful disposition, along with a resilience to the stress of daily challenges are tools she uses find ways to say yes!  Azel cheers for the San Antonio Spurs, and when she isn't watching the game, shes probably home watching Netflix, dreaming of her next trip to Disney World. She intends to visit every Disney park in the world one day.

Mark Hanson

Regional Manager Southern Alberta

Mark has been with GlassMasters since 2015. If his charm doesn’t work on you, his sense of humour sure will! Caring, Conscientious and a lot of fun, Mark is a Cornerstone of success to our Companies Southern Alberta Region, in Airdrie, Calgary and Lethbridge. Excellent leadership skills and a calm, collected demeanour ensure that every customer walking out of his door is happier and more confident than when they came in. A fan of the Detroit Lions, when Mark isn’t watching football, he’s either playing golf, riding his dirt bike or working on projects around the house.

Azim Kanji

Senior Manager

Azim has been with GlassMasters since 2013. His exceptional customer service skills are apparent the minute you walk into his store, or when he answers the phone. His customer-centric, positive and genuine approach to dealing with issues that arise makes him a valuable member of our team. Ownership and accountability are key factors that stand out when you deal with Azim. He cheers for the Chicago Bulls, (but only in the ’90s). On his time off he enjoys reading a good book, painting, writing poetry and weight-lifting.
